What we keep, and why

We’re a small ice cream cart. We only collect what we need to send you your ticket and tell you when we open.

What we collect

When you claim a ticket: your email, your first name if you give it, your ticket number, and how you found us (for example, which Instagram post or QR code). If you choose to answer, your favourite fruit and your zip code.

When you ask about booking the cart: your name, email, and the event details you send us.

Why

To send your ticket and our emails, to check your ticket at the cart, to reply to booking questions, and to understand which neighbourhoods and fruit to plan for.

Who else sees it

We never sell your information. We use a few services to run the site: Supabase (database), Kit (email), Resend (booking notifications), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) and Vercel (hosting). If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel help us see which posts bring people here.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to latonashville@gmail.com.
